Introduction
These 4 day tour is a lodging tour where you start off by visiting the wildlife adventure in one of the world’s biggest Wildlife Parks (Etosha National Park), the next destination is Swakopmund which is the coastal side of Namibia with fresh cold breeze. Swakopmund is the Adrenalin hub for Namibia where clients can do skydiving,boatcruises, Sandwich Harbour and many more.
After breakfast on our way to Namibia’s premier tourist attraction – Etosha National
Park! Etosha is one of the world’s largest Game Parks, extending more than 350km
from east to west. The wide-open plains, numerous waterholes and large number of
game (estimates: 200 Lions, 16000 Zebras, 7000 Oryx/Gemsbok, 2500 Elephants,
3000 Giraffes, 600 Black Rhino, and many more other species) makes visits to Etosha
very rewarding.

Today we continue our Etosha adventure with a full day game drive in the morning,
trying to take in as much of this beautiful park and its wild animals as we can. The
large variety of birds and the ease with which they may be observed has made Etosha
a popular birding venue. Larger birds such as the Secretary bird and Kori Bustard and
numerous birds of prey are frequently spotted.
Included activities
Guest depart to Swakopmund early morning from Etosha. Once clients have arrived
they will check in and taken by the guide for their activity (Quad biking and Dune
Climbing) which is about a 2-hour activity. After the activity clients will go freshen up
for dinner at a Restaurant

By the Eastern route, Etosha is 553km north of Windhoek. Drive to Von Lindenquist Gate via Otjiwarongo and Tsumeb, then to Namutoni rest camp, approximately 11km inside the park. The road is tarred all the way.
Etosha Village is only 2km from the Anderson Gate of Etosha National Park, Undoubtedly, you will find excellent accommodations, facilities and campsites at Etosha Village.
The 4730 km2 Etosha Pan is a huge, pristine oval-shaped salt pan situated in northern Namibia. It is the central feature of Namibia’s Etosha National Park. It is the terminal playa of the Cuvelai drainage system in the lowest part of the Ovambo Basin at an elevation between 1,071 to 1,086 m above sea level.

If your primary purpose for going on a safari is to see the majestic Big Five, Etosha National Park is a great choice, as four of the Big Five are present. Only the buffalo is absent, while lions and elephants are very commonly spotted.

Swakopmund is a beach resort and characterized by German colonial architecture. The city was founded in 1892 as the main harbour for German South West Africa. Buildings in the city include the Altes Gefängnis, a prison designed by Heinrich Bause in 1909.

“Timeless” is the word most often used to describe Swakopmund, a historic German colonial era town that is a favourite holiday destination for both locals and visitors. Situated south west of Windhoek on the foggy Atlantic coast in the Namib Desert, it is a somewhat surreal and gracious hamlet set amidst sea and sand.
Swakopmund is roughly a four-hour drive from Windhoek. The city is serviced by an airport which can accommodate small aircraft. German, Afrikaans and English are the predominant languages spoken. Swakopmund is considered more expensive than other Namibian cities.
In cities like Swakopmund, Walvis Bay and Windhoek, the water is considered as ‘may be safe to drink’ because the water is chlorinated. This means that locals can drink water from the tap without issue.
Unit draws its water supply from boreholes in the Omaruru Delta aquifer (Omdel dam) near Henties Bay, boreholes in the Kuiseb aquifer near Walvis Bay and Orano desalination plant near Wlotzkasbaken.
